"July Storm": 150 Russian Navy warships set out for exercises in two oceans and two seas

The maneuvers will take place from July 23 to 27 in the Pacific and Arctic Oceans, the Baltic and Caspian Seas

The Russian Navy (VMF) has begun conducting a large-scale operational exercise "July Storm". The maneuvers will take place from July 23 to 27 under the leadership of the Commander-in-Chief of the Navy, Admiral Alexander Moiseev, in the waters of the Pacific and Arctic Oceans, the Baltic and Caspian Seas.

During the exercises, the fleet will check the readiness of fleet and flotilla force groupings to solve non-standard operational tasks, the integrated use of unmanned systems, high-precision long-range weapons, advanced and modern models of weapons and military equipment.

More than 150 warships and support vessels, 10 coastal missile systems, 120 aircraft, 950 units of military and special equipment and over 15,000 military personnel were involved in the exercises.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that Tula defense enterprises increased shipments by 50% since the beginning of 2025.
