Official sales of the new Lada Iskra have started, but it is almost impossible to purchase a car yet. According to "Avito Auto Magazine" and "Club Service", dealers do not have cars with a CVT, or even demonstration models.
According to reviewer Ilya Sviridov, the Lada Iskra with a CVT is absent in both Moscow and Togliatti. It was only possible to place an order for a version with a Chinese 6-speed manual transmission — it is promised to be delivered on July 22. Meanwhile, a recall campaign has already been announced for the model, although official details are not disclosed.
Lada Iskra is a new AvtoVAZ model, positioned between Granta and Vesta. The car is offered in three body styles and with several engine and transmission options. Prices start from 1.25 million rubles.
