The "Ruselprom" company has certified electric motors for ES105 "Finist" dual-system electric trains. The company received a certificate of compliance with TR TS 001/2011 for the serial production of TАDЭP315-6U1 traction asynchronous motors.
The certificate is valid until June 2030. The volume of the pilot series will be 114 units.
The nominal power of the new engine is 330 kW, the shaft rotation speed is 4901 rpm, and the maximum torque is 3400 Nm. ES105 dual-system electric trains from "Ural Locomotives" can be operated on lines with direct (3 kV) and alternating (25 kV) current. Currently, the ES105 train is awaiting certification for production.
The three-component design of the engine housing will simplify its maintenance, and the modernized cooling system will provide the necessary heating performance while reducing air consumption, which will increase overall energy efficiency. Specialists also introduced a new insulation system that is resistant to partial discharges and moisture.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the ES105 electric train passed acceptance and is already ready to replace the "Lastochka".
