Autonomous launchers of the mobile ground-based missile system (PGRK) "Yars" were deployed on combat patrol routes in the Yoshkar-Ola missile division. This was reported in the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Strategic missilemen are practicing tasks and inputs, including performing maneuvering actions on combat patrol routes.
Servicemen of the PGRK "Yars" units equip field positions, organize camouflage of equipment and make marches over distances of up to 100 km. In addition, soldiers protect missile systems from mock saboteurs.
"Yars" (modification of "Topol-M") was developed at the Moscow Institute of Thermal Technology. The missile division includes 3 autonomous launchers and a mobile command post on a high- проходимости chassis.
