The Ural Automobile Plant presented a pre-production model of the new Ural-80 4x4 truck at the Innoprom-2025 exhibition in Yekaterinburg. This all-terrain vehicle will be the lightest in the Ural line and offers a number of improvements compared to previous models.
The "Eightieth" has a payload capacity of 4 tons. This is 1.5 tons more than the Sadko Next and one ton more than the ZIL-4327 4x4 ("Bychok" all-terrain vehicle).
The all-terrain vehicle received new drive axles of its own design from the automobile plant. The Ural-80 is equipped with a YaMZ-535 turbodiesel with a capacity of 240 hp and a torque of 900 Nm. The car has all-wheel drive.
The cab features original "feathering" - it is shortened in comparison with the "Ural Next". The lower viewing angle is increased by 20% due to the reduction of the front weight by 210 mm.
The first prototype of the Ural-80 was assembled in December 2024, the second in March 2025. Serial production is expected in 2025.
