Russian craftsmen assemble equipment in garages and transfer it to the Russian Armed Forces, which even surpasses many NATO models. This opinion was expressed by Russian President Vladimir Putin during his speech at the forum "Everything for Victory!"
The head of state noted that he had familiarized himself with some of the developments of domestic inventors and was impressed.
In folk design bureaus, sometimes simply on their knees, in garages and behind home laptops, Russian "Kulibins" come up with things that surpass in quality and efficiency some of the "hardware" of our adversaries from NATO countries.
According to Putin, our craftsmen maintain contact with military personnel and improve their developments taking into account their opinions. What then falls into the hands of the soldiers, "this is not some overseas delivery", he added.
The President highly appreciated the work of the ONF "Kulibin Club", which selects and helps to establish mass production of military products. His work is also supported by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
Thanks to the club, more than 70 models of products have been delivered to the troops, including UAVs, ground robotic systems, electronic warfare systems, and unmanned boats. About 50 independent teams have been formed to solve promising tasks for the needs of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.
