An application for registration of the trademark of the Chinese brand iCaur has appeared in the open database of the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIPS).
The application was submitted to Rospatent on June 27. The brand's model line includes range extender electric vehicles (REEV) and battery electric vehicles (BEV).
In China, the cars are known as iCar, and in some markets they are sold under the Chery and Jaecoo brands. The iCar brand was launched in the spring of 2023.
Its crossovers feature an off-road design and angular body shapes.
