The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation is demanding 1.3 billion rubles from the Main Military Construction Directorate (GVSU) for special facilities in several lawsuits. This was reported in the Arbitration Court of Moscow.
The plaintiff, represented by the military department, filed lawsuits against the defendant, represented by the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Main Military Construction Directorate for Special Facilities." The amount of the department's claims is 1,329,249,318 rubles.
In the near future, the Arbitration Court of Moscow will have to make a decision on accepting the claims for proceedings.
