The Atom team has completed the assembly of 26 verification electric vehicles. This was reported in the press service of the automaker.
These cars will undergo a comprehensive check and calibration of systems, including testing of all functions in real conditions, as well as preparation for certification.
The purpose of the tests is to confirm the compliance of components with the final technical requirements, check the operation of systems as part of the car, and assess the readiness of assembly processes for scaling. In addition, the cars must pass validation for compliance with regulatory requirements.
Work is on schedule. The first mass production of Atom electric vehicles is expected at the end of 2025.
