The Lada Azimut crossover, presented last week, is reliably protected from corrosion. This was stated by Oleg Grunenkov, Product Director of AvtoVAZ. He emphasized that the anti-corrosion characteristics of the new car may even be better than those of many Chinese models.

Lada Azimut will begin production in 2026. The car will be equipped with 1.6 and 1.8 liter engines, and in the future will receive a 150-horsepower engine with an automatic transmission. The cost of the crossover is unknown. Approximately, it will be more expensive than the current Lada models.
