Takeoff weight up to 750 kg: UAV for logistics with a payload of up to 150 kg is being created in St. Petersburg

The device from Radar MMS will be controlled using robotic systems

NPP Radar MMS is developing a new unmanned aerial vehicle with a takeoff weight of up to 750 kilograms. This was announced by the company's Executive Director Ivan Antsev on the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF-2025).

The work is being carried out within the framework of the national project and covers the entire cycle — from the creation of the UAV itself to the development of components and ground infrastructure.

The project includes elements of robotic support, which will provide automated control and allow the operation of light electric vehicles without operator intervention.

The main purpose of the new unmanned system is logistics. The payload of the device will be up to 150 kilograms.
