Russian BMP-3 infantry fighting vehicles significantly outperform American Breadly due to increased cross-country capability. This was reported by the head of Rostec, Sergey Chemezov.
According to him, Breadly has a serious weakness — problems with cross-country ability, which prevents them from normally going off-road, through fields. The "Americans" get stuck in black soil and, due to their huge size, become an easy target.
Well, what's the point of improved protection if the result is the same? Still, we must remember that the BMP is not a tank. This machine must be fast, mobile, passable, able to cross rivers by swimming, without bridges and roads. Our BMPs can do this, the Americans can't.
With a full set of additional protection, the BMP-3 retains its high mobility, while its survivability increases significantly. Combat experience shows that the refined BMP-3 is a modern universal vehicle with high efficiency.
Earlier www1.ru reported that a new Rodnik 3D radar was created for the military, but it is not able to detect small drones.
