AI on the Rise: Aeroflot to Transfer Up to 70% of Customer Interactions to Neural Networks

By the end of 2024, the share of expenses on domestic IT systems at Aeroflot exceeded 95%

Aeroflot airline plans to transfer about 70% of its communications to artificial intelligence by 2030. This was announced by Deputy Head of Information Technology Anton Matskevich on the sidelines of the CIPR-2025 exhibition. AI will also be involved in approximately 50% of internal processes.

According to him, digital platforms will become a key area of development and innovation: by 2030, 80% of management decisions will be made based on big data analysis. In addition, by the end of 2024, the company's share of expenses on domestic IT systems exceeded 95%.

It is emphasized that Aeroflot is consistently implementing a strategy of technological sovereignty, developing its own digital solutions for all key areas of activity.

The "Digital Industry of Industrial Russia" (CIPR) conference is taking place in Nizhny Novgorod from June 2 to 5.
