The Sibselmash-Spetstekhnika plant has become the fourth enterprise in Novosibirsk to join the assets of the Kurganpribor defense enterprise. Currently, the Siberian enterprise is addressing two main tasks: searching for employees and purchasing robots, noted Sergey Muratov, the senator from the Kurgan region who oversees the defense industry in the Federation Council.
The areas are needed to develop new defense products. The profile will be different, not like at Kurganpribor. This is how the issue of expanding the range of the defense industry is being resolved.
According to the senator, the company is facing serious staffing problems.
The plant is recruiting personnel, and the salary is one of the highest in the region. We were forced to bring a strong team from Kurgan to Novosibirsk from the Shadrinsk Automotive Aggregate Plant, led by Andrey Popov.
Kurganpribor is an enterprise that produces a wide range of products for the defense complex. For a long time, it has specialized in the production of sleeve and instrument products for defense and civilian purposes.
