The crew of the "Ansat" helicopter of the National Sanitary Aviation Service (NSSA) of Rostec, together with the EMERCOM, participated in exercises in the Voronezh Region on the M-4 "Don" highway, the state corporation's press service reported.
According to the scenario, the "Ansat" evacuated victims from the scene of an accident and transported them to the hospital. Medical assistance and transportation were completed within an hour.
Continuous improvement of professional skills is a prerequisite for the work of the sanitary aviation service.
NSSA helicopters operate in 54 regions of the country. The air ambulance fleet has 76 aircraft: 38 "Ansats" and 38 Mi-8s. The helicopters are equipped with advanced resuscitation equipment.
