Разработку грузопассажирских дронов запустила компания «Стартера»

Drones will be able to transport cargo up to 500 km without refueling

«Startera», a Rostov-based company known for its railway transport weighing systems, has started developing cargo-passenger drones. The new direction will be supervised by «Skyway» LLC, established at the end of last year.

According to the company owner Igor Fedorov, the drone will belong to small aviation and will be able to carry cargo weighing from 200 to 400 kg. A unique feature of the drone: the ability to travel up to 500 km without the need for refueling.

Fedorov noted that the main clients will be individuals, government agencies and companies from the oil and gas sector. Drones can be used for various purposes, including research projects, fire extinguishing and cargo transportation. In the future, it is planned to use them for passenger transportation.

Currently, the drone is undergoing flight tests, and it is too early to talk about the start of mass production.
