The prize was awarded to Mikhail Alekseevich Vaskin, Chief Designer of the interspecific weapons elements direction of JSC NPO "SPLAV", Sergei Olegovich Zakharov, Chief Designer of the scientific and theoretical direction, Pavel Petrovich Lakhov, Head of Technological Department No. 31 of the Technology Department, and Igor Ivanovich Khlebnikov, Chief Designer of the multiple launch rocket systems direction.
