The new AI will analyze customer requests and suggest relevant answers

In early May 2025, Yandex filed applications for registration of trademarks related to a new product — Neurosupport. As confirmed by company representatives, this is a service for generating prompts for contact center operators, based on lightweight versions of YandexGPT.

The system analyzes the customer's request in real time, compares it with a knowledge base that includes instructions for operators of more than 50 Yandex services, and offers the employee a relevant answer. This speeds up the processing of requests and reduces the workload on employees.

Neurosupport is part of the growing segment of "copilots" — AI assistants for business. Similar solutions are already offered by companies like SberAI and foreign platforms such as Salesforce Einstein. However, Yandex is betting on integration with its own ecosystem and adaptation to Russian realities.
