Russia is developing a new strategic nuclear-powered submarine with ballistic missiles. However, what the submarine will be like depends on the missile system that is planned to equip the prospective ship, noted the portal Military Russia.
According to his information, two design bureaus of naval ballistic missiles — the Moscow Institute of Thermal Technology (MIT) and the V. Makeev State Rocket Center periodically exchange views on the future carrier for naval strategic nuclear forces.
