The draft of the updated state armament program for the period 2027-2036 does not provide for the creation of lead models of surface ships, non-nuclear submarines, and multi-purpose nuclear submarines. This is stated in the updated strategy for the development of the shipbuilding industry by the Russian government.
The creation of lead models of combat surface ships, multi-purpose nuclear submarines, and non-nuclear submarines is currently not provided for in the draft state armament program for the period 2027-2036.
The strategy emphasizes that a shipbuilding program is being developed in accordance with the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation, taking into account modern threats. In terms of exports, Russia is one of the few countries in the world offering almost the entire range of weapons and military special equipment.
