«Lastochka Pobedy» to run between Moscow and St. Petersburg from May 9

Electric train decorated for the 80th anniversary of Victory

Railway workers decorated the «Lastochka» for the anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War. The thematic train will run between Moscow and St. Petersburg from May 9, the press service of Russian Railways reported.

When designing the «Lastochka Pobedy», posters with Victory symbols were used. Passengers can learn historical facts about the courage of Soviet soldiers and home front workers during the war, key battles, and hero cities.

The «Lastochka» will depart from St. Petersburg at 5:35 (No. 723), and from Moscow at 15:45 (No. 726).
