Dmitry Loveiko, producer and director of the animated series \"Masha and the Bear,\" has refuted information about the project ceasing operations in Russia. The Moscow office of Animaccord studio will continue to function, despite rumors of its activities being transferred to Cyprus and a complete severance of ties with Russia by the series' author, Oleg Kuzovkov.
According to Loveiko, the Russian office is still involved in the production of the cartoon, and international partners — in Serbia, Cyprus, and other countries — continue to work within the framework of a common distributed production model.
The producer emphasized that the creativity and content of \"Masha and the Bear\" remain in Russia, and changes in the production structure are related to the natural evolution of the television project and global trends in the animation industry.
Loveiko also assured that the series is not disappearing anywhere and will continue to delight viewers for many years to come.
\"Masha and the Bear\" remains one of the most popular children's projects in the world: the English Youtube channel Masha and The Bear has over 50 million subscribers, and the Russian-language channel has about 55 million.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that the company Animaccord, which created the popular animated series \"Masha and the Bear,\" is ceasing operations in Russia.
