A large agricultural holding is scheduled to launch in the Kherson Oblast from the beginning of 2026, based on a minimum of 50,000 hectares of land intended for growing grain and oilseed crops.
The project is being implemented in partnership with "AFT-Capital", which operates in more than 20 regions of Russia and is engaged in the supply and partial production of agricultural machinery.
In the future, the project includes the construction of an oil extraction plant, which will allow for the organization of deep processing of agricultural products, create new jobs, and increase the economic and international status of the region. Currently, a project roadmap is being developed, as well as the reorganization of the "Kherson Grain Company" into a joint-stock company.
Registration of legal entities and the initial phase of implementation are expected by the end of 2025. The construction of logistics and processing facilities, as well as elevators, will take about two years. In parallel, it is planned to launch a seed production plant and develop a dealer network to support farmers. The project was also supported by the regional authorities.
