Дипфейки и банковские троянцы: «Лаборатория Касперского» назвала самые популярные кибератаки будущего

Companies must be vigilant to avoid falling victim to attacks through trusted software vendors

In the future, fraudsters will use deepfakes in voice and video messages. They will also continue to create phishing emails and use banking Trojans. This was stated by Igor Kuznetsov, Director of the Expert Unit of Kaspersky Lab Kaspersky GReAT. Companies should beware of cyberattacks through trusted software vendors.

Speaking about what awaits us in the future, I am sure that the number of attacks by mobile malware will continue to grow. For example, Mamont has already attacked tens of thousands of users in Russia alone - this Trojan steals money, and such threats will develop.
Igor Kuznetsov

Deepfakes will remain relevant. Fraudsters will continue to use them for social engineering, for example, in video and voice messages. They will also create targeted phishing emails so that people trust the information, follow links and enter their data.

If we talk about organizations, now we are seeing more and more a trend towards attacks through a trusted software vendor, which is less protected, but has access to the network of a large organization that uses its software.
Igor Kuznetsov

Earlier, Kuznetsov said that fraudsters most often deceive Russians using phone calls and mobile viruses. They also continue to create copies of bank cards.
