The JL-529 barge of the DC9203 project was laid down at the production site of Stroytrans in the Nizhny Novgorod region. This was reported by the press service of the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.

The series consists of four vessels designed for dredging operations. The main characteristics of the DC9203 project: length - 34 m, width - 11.38 m, draft - 1.4 m, board height - 2.5 m.

In mid-April, two barges of the DC9203 project were launched in the Nizhny Novgorod region. In January, www1.ru wrote that there is a shortage of dredging vessels in Russia.
