The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation demanded to recover almost 50 million rubles from the service company Voentelecom, a supplier of communication services.
A lawsuit from the military department was filed with the court. The amount of the claim is 48,800,308 rubles.
The status of the court's acceptance of the statement of claim for consideration and the details of the department's requirements are not specified.
The company's website states that Voentelecom is the sole provider of services in the following areas for the benefit of the Ministry of Defense of Russia:
- integrated equipping of communication facilities with modern infocommunication equipment;
- maintenance and repair of IT infrastructure and military communication equipment;
- operational and technical maintenance of communication lines and facilities.
