The "S. V. Ilyushin Aviation Complex" has planned to purchase domestic hardware and software systems for access control and management, switches, automated workstations, and security hardware and software complexes to modernize one of PJSC "Il"'s facilities in Voronezh.
The tender from "Il" was published on the official government procurement website on April 17 as part of the reconstruction of one of PJSC "IL"'s facilities in Voronezh. Applications for participation in the electronic auction are accepted until May 7, and the results will be announced on May 13.
The initial tender amount is 717.8 million rubles, of which 173 million were allocated for the purchase of "hardware," and the remaining amount will go to the development of working documentation and construction and installation work, 338 and 6.4 million rubles, respectively. The remaining amount — 105 million rubles — is intended for the payment of 20% VAT.
The technical assignment states that "Il" is purchasing one hardware and software access control system with a minimum of 32 GB of installed RAM and one eight-core processor on board, as well as four automated workstations to manage it. These include HDD drives, one processor with six cores, and 16 GB of RAM.
In addition to the above equipment, PJSC "Il" is purchasing five types of security system hardware and software complexes. Two types of these complexes must have discrete video cards with GDDR6X video memory. This type of memory is used in many Nvidia video cards, such as RTX 3060, RTX 3060 Ti, RTX 4070, and in some AMD video cards: RX 9070 XT, RX 6600.
The remaining three types of complexes must contain video cards with a different type of memory. Two with GDDR6 and one with DDR3.
The "Il" enterprise produces and maintains aircraft of the Il-96 family, including the latest modification Il-96-400M, Il-112V, An-148, as well as units for Il-76MD-90A, MC-21 and SSJ 100 aircraft.
Earlier, www1.ru reported that ODK has started designing aircraft engines using domestic software.
