The «Tekhnotekh» enterprise in Yoshkar-Ola has established the production of highly complex printed circuit boards for DDR4 standard RAM modules. The first industrial batch was sent to the customer in the same month.
The manufacturer has released eight-layer boards of the sixth class of accuracy — this is the maximum level serially mastered in Russia as of April 2025. The boards are equipped with blind holes and an impedance control system, which increases the stability of memory operation and meets modern microelectronics requirements.
Deputy General Director of the company, Ivan Malykh, noted that the organization of production required significant adaptation of equipment and technologies.
Previously, we had not encountered such a nomenclature. The main difficulties were in the precise adjustment of production processes and the creation of local clean zones. The successful launch was the result of in-depth technical preparation
The modernization of the production base was completed at the end of 2024 and allowed the company to reach a new level of quality. Thanks to this, «Tekhnotekh» has expanded its capabilities for the production of high-tech domestic products for microelectronics.
