The Russian TOS-2 "Tosochka" flamethrower system leaves the enemy with no chance on the battlefield, bringing pillars of flame down on them. The Russian Ministry of Defense has named the advantages of the system.
The main targets of the system are manpower, light equipment and fortified points of the enemy. The result is suppression, disorganization and complete destruction.
The explosions of thermobaric charges not only strike, but also psychologically affect the enemy: it is as if the punishing element itself descends from the sky.
The TOS-2 "Tosochka" crews began using deeply improved 220-mm TBS-3M reactive thermobaric projectiles. The range of ammunition is up to 15 km.
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation also showed the TOS-2 "Tosochka" flamethrower from the inside for the first time. With one volley, the system clears six hectares of territory, burning everything alive at a temperature of 2000 degrees.
