One of the most popular questions about the domestic brand Lada on social networks concerns the prices of them — people most often complain about the high cost of cars and want to know why they are so "expensive" in principle. AvtoVAZ answered it in its official Telegram channel "Getting along with LADA".
The company explained that the formation of the cost of new Lada cars directly depends on a whole set of macroeconomic factors.
Among the main ones are rising prices for raw materials and energy, inflation, the cost of components from suppliers, changes in the tax burden and other production costs. State regulation of the industry and pricing policy in the context of competition also play a role.
At the same time, the manufacturer assures that it tries to keep prices within reasonable limits and regularly offers customers favorable loan programs and promotions. AvtoVAZ believes that this will make buying a car more affordable, despite the increase in the base cost.
Earlier www1.ru reported that AvtoVAZ has restored pilot production that had been idle for more than 10 years.
