The small anti-submarine ship (MPK) "Sovetskaya Gavan" of the Pacific Fleet (TOF) project 1124M destroyed a submarine of a mock enemy and conducted artillery fire at a sea training ground in the Peter the Great Bay in the Sea of Japan.
During the exercise, the crew of the anti-submarine ship conducted search operations for a submarine of a mock enemy, and after detecting the object, performed elements of naval combat with a submarine in conditions of active resistance and attempts to escape.
As a result of the coordinated and competent actions of the crew, the enemy submarine was conditionally destroyed with anti-submarine weapons.
In addition, the sailors practiced combat with a surface ship of a mock enemy, performing exercises in intensive maneuvering and destroying coastal targets from standard artillery mounts AK-176 and AK-630M.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the Russian military received "Zavet-D" — individual protection against high-precision projectiles.
