Рособоронэкспорт представил новейший РЛК-МЦЕ «Валдай» для борьбы с дронами-камикадзе

Комплекс способен обнаружить БПЛА на предельно малой высоте на дальности до 20 км

Rosoboronexport presented the latest RLC-MCE reconnaissance and counteraction complex for tactical unmanned aerial vehicles to foreign customers at the LAAD 2025 exhibition in Brazil.

The developer and manufacturer is Almaz-Antey Air Defense Concern. The complexes are already performing tasks to cover critical military and government facilities.

RLC-MCEs can detect tactical drones at low and extremely low altitudes at a range of up to 20 km. The system provides target designation to air defense fire weapons, and also carries out electronic suppression of control channels and satellite radio navigation of drones, forming an electronic warfare dome over the defense object.

The RLC-MCE is a self-propelled vehicle on a three-axle chassis with a container body. Structurally, the complex is divided into a radar module, a control module with a remote control, an optoelectronic module, a counteraction module, and a radio signal source direction finding module. Its own counteraction module, power supply means, etc. are also provided.

The main element of the complex is a three-coordinate surveillance radar module operating in the X-band (wavelength 3 cm). The mirror antenna is installed under a radio-transparent dome and, together with it, can be raised above the roof of the container. The radar provides all-round visibility at elevation angles from 0° to 30°. The minimum detection range is 300 m.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that new Geran-2 kamikaze drones made of wood and metal have entered service with the military.
