The Kalashnikov concern has developed a new portable water filter for the military. The product consists of a plastic case with a silicone hose.
Inside the case there are cleaning elements - track membranes with pores of 0.4 microns in size and a silver-coated filter to remove large particles. This is enough to let water through, while retaining pathogenic bacteria in the filter.
The filter is capable of purifying up to 12 liters of water per hour, the total life of the product is about 20 thousand liters. The device weighs 60 grams, length - 150 millimeters, it can be carried in your pocket.
You can throw the filter into a puddle and immediately start drinking water. For this, it is equipped with a special hose with a nipple. If necessary, the filter can be screwed directly onto a plastic bottle with dirty water - it is equipped with a thread of the required diameter.
