Russia's annual arms and military equipment supply contract portfolio may grow from $13.7 to $17 billion. This follows from the materials of the Center for Analysis of World Arms Trade (TsAMTO).
This forecast by TsAMTO experts is primarily due to the fact that the entire range of Russian weapons is adapted to the realities of modern high-tech combat operations, has undergone a series of modifications, improvements and refinements, taking into account the experience of real combat operations.
According to TsAMTO, the annual volume of Russian arms exports should average $13.75 billion, while the order book tends to grow.
In February, the head of the Rostec State Corporation, Sergei Chemezov, noted that the total Rosoboronexport portfolio is more than $60 billion.
