Project 12322 ships' exercises took place on an unprepared coast

Small air-cushioned landing craft (MDKVP) "Evgeny Kocheshkov" and "Mordovia" of Project 12322 "Zubr", and small landing craft (MDK) "Lieutenant Rimsky-Korsakov" of Project 21820 "Dyugon" landed troops with heavy armored vehicles during exercises in the Baltic Sea.

During the execution of combat training tasks, the landing ships' crew conducted training in loading personnel and equipment from the coastline into the tank hold, as well as landing on an unprepared coast.

Gvozdika self-propelled artillery units and BTR-82A armored personnel carriers were involved in the landing. During the landing of the marine landing from "Mordovia", servicemen of the marine infantry formation practiced actions to break through anti-amphibious defenses from the sea.

About 100 marine infantrymen of the Baltic Fleet and up to seven units of military and military equipment were involved in the exercise.
