Russian military personnel have begun using the latest Kub-4 strike drones from Zala Aero (part of the Kalashnikov concern). Kamikaze drones confidently destroy heavy equipment on the line of combat contact.
Before launching the munition, the operator-technician manually turns the Kub-4 drone in different directions. Gyro calibration is an integral part of the pre-flight preparation of the strike UAV. With avionics and engine checks, this takes no more than 30 seconds, the range of the drone is less than 50 km.
The high-explosive fragmentation warhead here weighs 4 kg. It is used to destroy manpower and lightly armored vehicles. There are practically no drawbacks.
The Kub-4 is almost invisible to locators, independently goes to the target according to the specified coordinates, and thanks to the electric motor does not leave a thermal trace. The "Kubs" dive on the target at a speed of 140 km/h.
