Foreign partners are showing serious interest in the Russian fifth-generation Su-57 multirole fighter. This was announced by the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Anton Alikhanov.

The Su-57 is a fifth-generation multirole fighter designed to destroy all types of aerial targets in long-range and close combat, and to engage ground and surface targets of the enemy while overcoming air defense systems. Its first flight took place on January 29, 2010.
Earlier it became known that Algeria will be the first foreign buyer of the Su-57. By the end of 2027, Russia will transfer 12 fifth-generation combat aircraft to the republic.
