«MegaFon» has introduced an innovative service for its subscribers. They can conclude contracts for the provision of cellular services via a QR code in the «Gosuslugi» mobile application.
Users will need a verified account on «Gosuslugi», as well as the «Gosuslugi» and «Gosklyuch» applications. The connection process is carried out in a communication store, but does not require a passport or signing a paper contract.
A «MegaFon» employee will create a QR code. The client will need to scan it in the «Gosuslugi» application. After agreeing to the processing of data, the client will see information about the operator and an offer to conclude a contract. They need to choose a tariff plan and inform the employee of their decision.
The data verification and contract registration procedure takes less than a minute. After that, the client signs the contract in the «Gosklyuch» application. Communication services are activated automatically. Information about the signing will be available in «Gosuslugi».
Currently, the service is available in all «MegaFon» stores and will be offered to Yota subscribers in the future.
