Up to 10 Berezhok combat modules can be combined into a single network to protect coastal infrastructure facilities from unmanned boats. This was reported by the High-Precision Complexes holding (part of Rostec).
The number of units is determined by the area that needs to be covered. For example, if the port is large, there will be more, if the protected object is small, there will be fewer. Ports, coastal zones, naval bases are the objects that need to be protected now.
According to a representative of the holding, each Berezhok, united in a network, will have its own protection zone based on the range of destruction.
The modified stationary Berezhok was presented for the first time at the Fleet-2024 exhibition. The armament of this combat compartment includes a 30-mm 2A42 automatic cannon, a 30-mm AG-30M automatic grenade launcher, a 7.62-mm PKTM machine gun, as well as two launchers of Kornet anti-tank guided missiles with two missiles each.
Earlier www1.ru reported that Rosoboronexport's order portfolio exceeded $60 billion.
