A video went viral on the Internet showing a Russian soldier launching an unguided air-to-surface missile (NAR) S-80 from a homemade hand-held launcher.

It is known from open sources that the S-8ОФП are part of the S-8 NAR family with a caliber of 80 millimeters, which are used by combat helicopters and Su-25 attack aircraft. The missile received a high-explosive fragmentation warhead of a penetrating type.
An advanced two-mode contact fuse that allows the ammunition to explode with a delay or immediately. The missile developer is NPO Splav (part of Rostec).
