The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation has filed a lawsuit against the M.V. Khrunichev State Space Research and Production Center for 57 million rubles. The statement from the military department was received by the Moscow Arbitration Court.
The details of the claim are not specified, and the court has not yet accepted the case for proceedings.
The amount of claims from the plaintiff, represented by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, to the defendant, represented by JSC "M. V. Khrunichev State Space Research and Production Center," is 57,601,666 rubles.
The Joint-Stock Company State Space Research and Production Center named after M. V. Khrunichev is one of the leading enterprises of the Russian rocket and space industry.
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation filed a lawsuit against the Bauman Moscow State Technical University for over 38 million rubles.
