The Progress MS-28 cargo spacecraft will undock from the ISS on February 25 of this year. This was reported by the press service of the Roscosmos State Corporation.
Equipment preparation has been completed for disposal in the Progress MS-28 cargo ship before undocking, scheduled for February 25.
The Progress MS was launched from the Baikonur Cosmodrome on August 15, 2024. Two days later, the ship docked to the Zvezda module (Russian segment of the ISS).
The Progress MS ship was developed specifically for servicing orbital stations, it is used to deliver various cargoes to the ISS, including fuel, scientific equipment, oxygen, water and food. In addition, it performs functions to adjust the station's orbit.
