Завод «Саста» запустит производство станков с пятиосевой обработкой для изготовления сложных авиадеталей

Глава Минпромторга РФ посетил станкостроительный завод в Рязанской области

Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Anton Alikhanov visited the Sasta machine tool plant, where mass production of five-axis machining centers will be launched. This was reported by the press service of the department.

Alikhanov inspected the machining shop, assembly production with heavy turning and five-axis machining centers, milling machines, and the design and technological center. The Minister was shown the foundry, where casting technology in cold-setting mixtures was introduced.

About the Sasta Plant

The first production line was built in 1974. Two years later, the production of machines with cyclic and numerical program control was established here.

Currently, the plant's machine park includes more than 200 units of equipment, including an automatic line, high-precision portal processing centers, and hydroabrasive cutting units.

In 2025, Sasta will launch mass production of a machine with full five-axis machining (in five coordinates). Such machines create complex parts for aviation and engine building.
