During the training, cadets learned to overcome water obstacles, navigate difficult routes with steep descents and ascents, and mastered driving a tank in a virtual space.

The simulator completely replicates the mechanic-driver's seat in the tank, and the dynamic platform increases the realism of the simulation.

The T-80 tank is the only Russian tank with a gas turbine engine. The vehicle was adopted in 1976. In the West, the tank was nicknamed "flying" for its famous acceleration to 80 km/h.

Earlier www1.ru reported that T-90M "Proryv" tanks have increased the durability of the turret armor thanks to a clever modification.
