Smart Raised Floor Production Launched in Tyumen for Offices

Monitoring systems based on AI will be installed in the premises along with the raised floor

DSP Construction has launched the production of raised floors equipped with an intelligent system in Tyumen. According to the company's director, Artem Prokofiev, this is a unique development for Russia that combines IT technologies and the production of raised floor panels.

A raised floor is a structure that represents a raised floor in production facilities. The technology is used for laying engineering communications that lead to separate equipment, installations, or devices.

Raised floors are used not only in civil infrastructure, such as office centers, but also in large production facilities - oil pumping stations, oil and gas fields, and factories.

The Tyumen Regional Startup Studio became an investor and founder of DSP Construction. More than 5 million rubles were invested in the project.

The raised floor system and structures developed by Tyumen specialists have already successfully passed laboratory tests. The company has received a certificate of compliance for its products.

We started a year ago. We have already passed the MVP stage and organized production in Tyumen on the basis of Sibzhilstroy, our main production partner. And we are also now finishing the production prototype.

The key advantage offered by the Tyumen company is an integrated monitoring system. Monitoring raised floors after their installation is especially important, given the potential risk of damage to communications hidden under the structure.

A regular raised floor provides access to communications, but a breakdown or incident - for example, a water leak - can only be detected after the fact. Our intelligent system is designed to monitor and control the communications that are laid there.

Sanctions have seriously affected manufacturers of panels and elements for raised floors. Localized production in Tyumen helps optimize logistics processes and reduce the cost of materials for construction.

Earlier it became known that Reshetnev had completed testing of a newautomatic optical inspection technology designed to inspect radio-electronic equipment units. The system allows specialists to quickly and accurately assess the quality of soldered joints and how correctly the elements were installed, which significantly improves the quality of the products.
