Digital transformation of production optimizes many technological operations

The STAN holding (part of Rostec) has developed an interactive interface for machine tool operators. This was reported by the press service of the state corporation.

The complex consists of a touch panel installed on the machine, a computer and its own software. In particular, it allows you to work with technical documentation, visualize the process of processing parts, including using 3D models.

Digital transformation of production allows you to optimize many technological operations and increase the comfort and convenience of employees.
Semen Yakubov, Managing Director of Rostec for Machine Tool Building and Special Projects

The development will reduce the likelihood of errors and speed up the management process. Operators will be able to receive information about machines, including their technical characteristics, and display setup maps on the screen.

Rostec added that it is planned to integrate the interface into the entire model range of equipment in the near future.
