In the "My ID" application, Muscovites can now view electronic copies of any documents they have uploaded to their personal account on mos.ru. For example, marriage or paternity certificates, real estate purchase agreements, documents confirming Russian citizenship. In addition, the application allows you to track the status of library books.
We are constantly developing the functionality of the "My ID" application to make it even more convenient for citizens to use the opportunities provided by the capital's digital ecosystem.
To view documents, you need to click on the folder icon located in the upper right corner of the screen. After that, a list of documents that the user uploaded to their personal account or attached to applications for public services on the mos.ru portal will appear on the screen.
To view a specific document, you need to click on the download icon with the down arrow and go to the folder with the files. The documents will be saved in this folder, and you can view them at any time.
The "My ID" mobile application started working in July 2023. With its help, Muscovites can quickly access information about their personal documents and the documents of their children, including passports, TIN, SNILS and MHI.
The application simplifies the process of filling out online forms, questionnaires and applications, and also provides access to some city services. In addition, it allows you to share information with trusted people if necessary.
Some documents, such as a single reader card, a Muscovite card and an MHI policy, are available in digital format in the form of QR and barcodes. They can be used to receive city services.
Electronic documents are becoming more common. Russian officials plan to fully switch to digital methods of work. According to Dmitry Grigorenko, head of the government apparatus, about 90% of documents in the government are processed electronically. Five years ago, this figure was only 40%, and mainly scanned copies of paper documents were used.
