The most beloved were the cars called "Bukhankas" and "Tadpoles." In 2024, 14,813 such cars were sold in Russia. This is the oldest model in the UAZ line, and again it turned out to be the most successful.
In second place is the UAZ "Patriot." The SUV sold 9,839 units. In the next place is the "Pickup" with sales of 5,453 units.
Light trucks "Profi" were bought in the amount of 5,334 units, but only 536 classic "Hunters" were sold.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the legendary "Bukhanka" is still a favorite for the military among civilian vehicles on the front line. This car is highly passable and can carry large loads.
Recall that UAZ modernized the "Bukhanka" after Vice President of the National Automobile Union Yan Haitseer stated that it has no place on the road. Nevertheless, Russians are not embarrassed that the design of the car has been almost unchanged since 1965.
