Росэлектроника поставит новые мобильные узлы связи и комплексы информирования населения для МЧС

In two years, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations will receive 28 new vehicles

The Ryazan Radio Plant of the Ruselectronics holding (part of the Rostec State Corporation) has signed a new contract to supply mobile communication units and public alert systems for the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, which the plant has been producing since 2022. Under the contract, as part of the technical re-equipment of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, 28 new vehicles will be sent to Russian regions in the next two years.

The mobile communication unit for operation in emergency situations (MCU ES) is designed on the basis of a specialized all-terrain vehicle "KAMAZ". The complex is designed to provide units of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations with reliable communication in the field. Its equipment allows:

  • organize satellite, wired and radio communication channels;
  • create a local area network;
  • carry out video surveillance in the area of task performance;
  • ensure data transmission, including via video conferencing in the departmental digital communication network.

The mobile public information and alert complex (MPIAC) is also designed on the KAMAZ chassis. It broadcasts emergency audiovisual information in places of mass gatherings of people, as well as in remote areas not covered by specialized technical means of alert. The LED screen on board is able to work at any time of the day in all weather conditions.

The company notes that in 2024, the line of products for the Ministry of Emergency Situations was supplemented by two new developments. The emergency response vehicle and the operational control vehicle, like the MPIAC and MCU ES, were created in close cooperation with rescuers.
