Russian Railways has started selling train tickets through the domestic booking system "Express-NP". This was announced by Nikolai Kostenko, Head of the Passenger Transportation Department of Russian Railways.
This is a new generation domestic booking system that we have been working on for almost 5 years. It will be more dynamic and flexible, will help us accelerate the introduction of new digital customer services and significantly speed up our response to passenger requests.
The system is currently being tested at the Sakhalin Passenger Company carrier site. Later, other companies will also be connected to the service.
